Course Description: This course is the perfect introduction to the exciting world of animation, where you'll learn the basics of animation techniques and software, and have the opportunity to create your own animations. The topics that will be covered are:
- Basic animation principles: students will learn about keyframe animation, timing, spacing, and motion.
- Drawing and sketching for animation: students will learn how to create rough sketches and drawings to use in their animations.
- Storyboarding: students will learn how to create visual plans for their animations using storyboards.
- Use of animation software: students will learn how to use animation software such as Adobe Flash, Toon Boom, or similar software to create their animations.
- Character design: students will learn how to design and create characters for their animations.
- Background design: students will learn how to design and create backgrounds for their animations.
- Sound and music: students will learn how to add sound and music to their animations.
- Animation history and different animation techniques: students will learn about the history of animation and the different animation techniques and styles used in the industry.
- Basic animation production process: students will learn about the basic steps involved in creating an animation, from concept to final product.
